By using Versefilm you agree to these terms. The service is in early access and is provided as it is; features may change or pause.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the music, lyrics, images and videos you bring or make here.
• You give us permission to process your uploads only to provide the features you use — including sending them to the AI providers described in the Privacy page.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the music, lyrics and images you upload, and — before casting anyone in AI scenes or singing Shorts (Performance mode) — that you are that person or have their permission to use their likeness and voice.

What you must not do

• Upload music, images or likenesses you do not have the right to use.
• Create content that impersonates or deceives, depicts real people in sexual or degrading ways, harasses anyone, or is unlawful.
• Share your passcode or account, try to get around the invite list, passcode or usage limits, or overload the service.

We may remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.

AI-generated results

Lyrics, timings, scenes and text are produced by AI and can be wrong. Review everything before you publish. Some platforms require you to label realistic AI-generated content — for example YouTube’s “altered or synthetic content” setting — and that is your responsibility when you publish.

Costs

AI steps show an estimated cost before they run. Access to the AI features is currently by invitation (Google sign-in) or passcode; any future paid plans will be announced before they apply.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or content you choose to publish. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
